Are people in Atlanta really this ignorant?
1) Dogfighting, to say nothing about killing the dogs, is a felony in 48 of the 50 United States. Read the (public) indictment;
2) This is not about race, except to the extent that race is about culture: that is, ghetto, gangsta culture. Vick is dumb and, sorry, he's black. The BLACK community should be outrraged. O.J. all over.
3) Anyone so dumb as to blow a $136 million contract to engage in watching and aiding the killing of helpless animals is:
a) too cruel and stupid to be in even the "modern" NFL; and,
b) in need of mankind's sternest justice, to say nothing of God's.
I hope the monster gets to play one more game in Philly. You think throwing snowballs at Santa Claus is harsh...? Just wait.

There is a revolution taking place and it is targeting unethical, criminal and violent behavior of public figures. This will not slip through the cracks. This is the event that will shape conduct in all major sports for some time to come. Michael Vick will pay the price with his career, his freedom and his legacy. An example will be made of him and it will shape what league officials, team owners, advertisers and the public will tolerate. Those poor animals paid with a horrendous, violent end to their lives but it was not in vane. Change is coming because of this. I followed links to PETA, wrote to Nike and sent emails to my friends urging them to scream out about this.
I have never been an activist but this one just pissed me off to the core.

A true Falcon fan would get behind their team no matter what, and support the upcoming season with a new QB, not cry about how they wont win without the Convick.
