I decided to cut the number off at 4 so I was sure that we had dependable people. This isn't a knock on anyone (specifically GoNets and PatsFan) but we needed either 4 people or 8 as anything in between wouldn't work. Sorry guys.

Now, on to the draft. The 4 "owners" are myself, Ethan, Flambo, and Ass. Each of us will head up two teams. For anyone that needs a breakdown of the rules, check out this blog.

First, the draft order for the cities and coaches will go as follows (this was done on an online random order generator by a 3rd party so that it was assured fair).

1.Ethan 1
2.Rude 1
3.Ass 1
4.Ethan 2
5.Flambo 1
6.Rude 2
7.Flambo 2
8.Ass 2

The draft will be snake style with the first time through being cities drafted, then on the come back we'll pick coaches.

Any city that doesn't have an NBA team in it right now is eligible. Any coach that coached last season or is signed this season is eligible.

Now, we'll reset the order for the player portion of the draft to be fair. That order will be

1.Rude - Seattle
2.Flambo - Kansas City
3.Ass - Las Vegas
4.Ass - Baltimore
5.Flambo - Austin
6.Ethan - Vancouver
7.Ethan - Raleigh-Durham
8.Rude - San Diego

All players are eligible (including rookies) and we're picking 10 players total. Remember that.

We'll do it just like we did with the conference draft in that you'll have 12 hours once your on the clock to pick. If you exceed 12 hours, you can then be bypassed just like in normal drafts. To make a pick, just make it a comment in this blog. For the weekends, we can extend it to 24 hours if needed so we don't forfeit picks.

My first city, simply because I'm a raging Canadian and don't know any better, is Vancouver, BC.
