I want to say that I will not be watching MNF anymore not that anyone cares really but for what they did to Hank for speaking his mind it's a shame. Hank did what 70% of americans wanted to do but don't have the gut's to do it. I just want to say THANKS' Hank for giving us all the year's on MNF. The way this went down you would think this was Turkey instead of the USA so be careful, it will come to the point where they will cut off your tounge if you talk bad about our Government.

i can understand what hank said and why he said it. it wasn't a horrible thing to say either. however, 70% of americans aren't being paid by a network every time their song is played. i don't agree with how things went down, but it does not surprise me that he was booted off for saying something like that. it's not the first time something was said that was the opinion of the general public, by a celebrity that was getting paid, and the same results happened. and it won't be the last...

1. I doubt 70% of Americand correlate Obama with Hitler. The comparison is absurd, no matter how much you dislike Obama.
2. If you watch football because of the intro song, you're not a real fan.
3. Just because "this is America" doesn't mean you can run your mouth however you want. You're legally free to say what you want, just like your employer is legally free to can your behind for saying it, because it makes them look bad.

Admittedly, I don't find much too fault with what Hank said but I agree with your second and third points wholeheartedly.
