Every time I am reading an article in SI.com I see this past issue covers on the side. So I decided to show some of my favorite covers. First I will start with the first issue in case you haven’t seen it before:
This one is my favorite issue of all times. Larry Csonka flipping us off in the cover, this is priceless.
Then there is this picture of William “Refrigerator” Perry…
And the next two are probably the best in character pictures of Joe Namath and Deion.
And I leave the best for last...

It is the one with pavel bure on a penalty shot against mike richter in the finals and on the bottom is a nba game and the headline is :"Hockey is Hot. The NBA Is Not"
