I offered a throwdown challenge in September that it was time for a change in Indianapolis it was accepted and I lost . Since that challenge a majority of the fans and now the sports writers and talking heads are repeating what I stated a month ago and that is  Polian , Caldwell , and polian's son must go . Poor coaching and poor drafting has finally come to light . There is no way Kerry Collins should have been quarterbacking the Colts period . When you had better QB's available , Painter has proven he can lead them in Mannings absence better than the 4 million dollars they threw away on Collins , but the defense can't stop anybody . There's are too many small quick defensive players on the team getting hurt and are out for the season mainly the defensive captian Gary Brackett . The best thing that can happen besides losing every game to get Luck as their number 1 pick , is get a real head coach that knows what he's doing and not always looking like a deer stuck in headlights . Then get a new GM who knows how to draft big strong players and find a few diamonds in the rough in the late rounds because some of his 1st round picks have been bust . The Colts must start from the top and clean house replacing their current coaching staff , defensive , special teams , and get players that know how to tackle or somebody that knows how to teach them how to tackle .
