I am letting our more active NTDL members start the TDs (no offense to other guys), I've just been hearing to many TDs that havn't been started.

My reasoning for this is because all have over .500 records so far and all of them have completed and started their TDs.  There will be 3 more members qualifying for the playoffs.  Here are the matchups:
