09:27 PM ET  12.03 | Well, it was week 13 and KC dropped the ball.  They were going on the road against a 3-8 Browns team that probably hadn't beaten a team with a winning record all year.  So much for deserving to go to the playoffs.  With just 12 minutes left in the game, the Chiefs D let the Brownies crawl back into it and overcome a 14 point deficit.  Using their BACKUP quarterback, the browns marched down the field completing pass after pass (mostly underneath the linebackers and corners) to even the score and send it into overtime.  Then, the ending was even more disappointing when the offense stalled and gave them one final chance to beat them and give reason for doubt in the minds of fans and commentators as to whether or not the Chiefs deserve to be in the playoffs.  The defense then looked like they were going to break out of their trance with a 3rd and long, but gave up again to give Cleveland perfect game-winning field goal position.  Hey Chiefs, excuses aside, if you can't play defense better than that, don't even worry about the playoffs, cause you won't be there for a very very long time.  What makes this even more disheartening is that I live in Ohio and get to see the Chiefs about once every two years.  Hey, EVERY GAME COUNTS!!!  Get your heads out of your butts and play every down.  Just trying to encourage you.  Shawn
