We saw him tell Jeremy Schaap that he had a long way to go to be his father, respected journalist Dick Schaap, during his first interview after his firing. At his first press conference as Texas Tech head coach, Knight said, "This is the most comfortable red sweater I have had on in six years."
We saw Brian Dennehy portray a highly vulgar and overbearing Knight in the ESPN movie "A Season on the Brink." We even recently saw Knight get into a hunting incident with his neighbor, who claims that he was shot by Knight and his friends while they were hunting.
Yet, this is only a small part of Knight that is seen by the public... (Read the full article here: Knight in Chinked Armor)
