Giants are peaking right now is there any doubt of that?  I think most football fans will agree that the Giants are a physically tough football team that can shut down the best and are playing their best football right now.  They proved they can hang with the Patriots and can pound the ball up the middle.  They've shown that Eli can conduct himself like a pro bowler and live up to the Manning name.  They have a record 10 road wins and more importantly feel in their hearts they are a team of destiny.  They're taking a page right out of NE's book and keep hoping everyone counts them out. 

 Conversely, NE has slowed down near the end of the season and suddenly look vulnerable. They have a perfect season on the line and a Superbowl win at stake.  There's no doubt both teams are motivated to win.  I don't think there's any other motivation needed.  Talk of bulletin board material is ridiculous.  Each and every player wants to put the final exclamation point on a dream season.  Whether you're a team of destiny or destined to be a team of history, the stakes are high and the rewards higher.

As a Pats fan I have my own biased opinion but you've all heard it before and are starting to ignore the Patriot blogs, Brady blogs and perfect season blogs - don't blame you.  Since we have a long week and a half ahead of us it's fun to collect all the analysis on both sides of the ball.  Match-ups, momentum, peaking, old players vs. young.  Stronger running game, better special teams, more height and speed at wide receivers, better coaching, experience, etc.   Football is a game of inches and it's great fun to hear analysis.

So bring it on fans of football, what is your true analysis of this Superbowl.  Knowing NE has won their last 3 Superbowls by only 3 points, how does this year compare?
