Ron Hunter, the head men's basketball coach at IUPUI, will coach tonight's game against Oakland University without shoes. In an effort to raise donations for charity, Hunter will be without his shoes on the sideline. The donation will help needy kids in Africa who do not have shoes themseleves. In a generous move, Molly Carter of Converse called in today on the Mike & Mike in the Morning show on ESPN to donate 15,000 pair of shoes to coach Hunter's cause. No doubt that fans will wear their IUPUI hats & merchandise proudly knowing what a class act their coach is.
