3. I hate to say it, but I'm going to get this out of the way first. Tony Romo. Yes he had some gutsy performances and kept my left foot on the bandwagon on board, but like it or not the QB has to provide leadership and perform with precision especially when the chips are down but not out.... MTC
2. The coaching staff on both sides of the field. Rob Ryan is not a defensive genius. He took way to many chances on using the blitz when all the team needed to do was to play within their comfort zone and all season long the Cowboy's gambled way to much and left their offense behind early in the game. Jason Garrett showed that he had little confidence with his QB when it came to using the right plays late in the game.... MTC
1. Jerry Jones. This owner should leave the football "business" side of things to professionals that have run it successfully. There is no doubt that he is savy promoter of his products, but he needs to keep his fingers away from the Cowboys cookie jar and just concentrate on promoting your special events stadium. MTC

completely agree with ALL of your reasons.... but you've got to add secondary to your list. those guys were horrible most of the year and would be cut from any team playing in the post season this year.
