Stand up Raider Nation, you have much to look forward to next year.

Offensively, the Raiders are ranked 9th in the league. That's better than the teams that are in the playoffs, Steelers, Falcons, Texans, Bengals, Broncos and 49ers. With Campbell and McFadden coming back next year healthy, the offense should only improve and the turnover ratio should go down. If they manage the offense right they have a stable of fast Wideouts that can only get better and of course a possible Hall of Fame Kicker.

Were the Raiders mostly need help is the pass defense. Lito Sheppard is playing ancient as a CB and needs to be replaced. If they can somehow get veteran help in the secondary the Raiders defense could play well enough to keep them in the game. I don't see the Raiders having a great Draft, but they could still find a gem in the late rounds. The Raiders can also only improve if they would stop playing like Flag Girls. You get paid to be a professional player, be attentive and stop giving the opposing team huge breaks. This is something that the players can control easily.

The Raiders in 2012-13 can become an above .500 team. They now have the talent to score when healthy and they can tweak the defense to stay competitive. I look forward to seeing Campbell as the starter or eventually play Terrelle Pryor, good luck next year Oakland....

Campbell is gone.

That would be a terrible move by the Raiders IMO.

Raider draft was gutted to get a QB with uncertain health.
