The throwdown was deleted. But online material often has a will to live on.

Recently Roy's imaginary nephew Craig (a troubled youth with an affinity for basketball, hacking, Christmas trees, and hardcore rap) blessed the TD boards with a sample of his newest rhymes.

Several commenters immediately took the opportunity to outdo Craig's pedestrian efforts with some rap lyrics of their own. These lyrics fittingly described an insider's look at Roy* himself.

Prior to the TD thread's disappearance, a selection of the commenter lyrics were spotted and transcribed by an anonymous FanNation member. Through an informal network of music afficianados, the lyrics soon found their way to Roc-a-Fella Records.

An internal working copy of the video, which was scheduled to debut on MTV on March 1, was subsequently leaked to Youtube by an unnamed employee at Def Jam Recordings.
