Using Cap  Numbers along with draft projections and possible free agents, I was able to  assemble what I feel is another Super Bowl-Caliber team. Using current cap  numbers and projections, the potential Giants team consists of 53 players at a  salary number of $115,155,147. Last year's cap was $120 million with this  years expected to be close to $125 million.

After Matt Flynn and Peyton Manning sign, and Andrew Luck and  Robert Griffin are drafted, it???s likely one of the two No. 3 Canidates (Ryan  Tannenhill and Brock Otsweiler) will be available at No. 32. I predict one team,  likely the Browns or Seahawks will attempt to trade up to get their QB around  the Giants pick. This happens often, see mortal enemies Tim Tebow and Brady  Quinn. Giants trade their No. 32 draft pick and Osi Umenyiora to Brown/Seahawks  2012 2nd Round pick and a 2013 1st Round Pick.
