Spring training is in full swing, the Mid March temps are delightfully above normal and March Madness is in full swing...can it get any better?
The TRUTH has enjoyed the orgy of basketball since he was knee high to a grasshopper. Great memories of staying up late on the first two nights to watch games, filling out brackets with my Dad..upsets...its all good.
What is even better is watching highly paid "analysts" make compete fools of themselves. These guys are supposed to be experts? The TRUTH mawks you all!
Take note Seth Davis and Dicky V..and I am still looking at you too Doug Gottlieb. What were you guys doing all winter? Oh, I forgot sniffing the likes of Duke and UConn. Its Monday morning and where are your sacred cows? Home...that's where!
The TRUTH loves the growing parity between mid-majors and the power conferences. With the exception of a 16 upsetting a 1, anything can happen and did over the weekend.
The TRUTH would also like to extend attaboy's to the networks for carrying all of the games simultaneously. The only downside is having to listen to Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith talk about college athletics. That's turrable!
