Remember the cartoon Dastardly and Muttley, remember how the dog was always messing with his owner and when Dastarley looked away Muttley, the dog, started laughing.
Doesn't that remind you of Chad Knaus and NASCAR, last week MUTTLEY (Chad) bit Dastardly (NASCAR) right in their ass, Muttley got to be laughing his butt off, the panel basically gave a full pardon to Hendrick Motorsports.
I still don't get NASCAR's rules, last year they got Chad Knaus on tape telling Jimmie Johnson to RESHAPE the rear of the race car if they won the race.
Now folks, I'm not a driver or a crew chief and certainly not as smart as the FOX broadcasting crew, but I bet a reasonably smart 13 year old child could figure out that there is something up when a crew chief tell his driver to wreck the car.
Don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure that out.
NASCAR had hard evidence, so why did NASCAR do NOTHING.
I don't know, the great thing about writing blogs is that we can ask the fans questions, so please give me a good reason why NASCAR ignored that little conversation.
Here is a couple entertaining clips one from JJ and Chad provided by the Speed channel, you only need to watch the first part of the cartoon clip:

NASCAR ignored the Chad/Jimmie conversation because the #48 is the darling team right now. You had the same thing with the #24 in the 1990's.
NASCAR sees what they want and do what they want. This is the same "sport" organization that has yet to tell the drivers what drugs go against their testing policy.
Here's a challenge for you should you accept: Go online and look for the 2011 rulebooks for MLB, NFL, NBA, and NASCAR then come back and tell me what you find.

Congrats to Brad, a most powerful run but somewhat boring. Ironically, my wife blew my mind this weekend while I was watching the race as she pranced around the house in a spoof of the NASCAR logo tee shirt with the word "BORING" on the front! She picked it up at http://www.nascarwidows.com and it was quite funny and too close to the truth.
