SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (AP) - Rudy Giuliani, who sought to make the leap from New York mayor to the White House, bowed out of the Republican presidential contest Wednesday and endorsed front-runner and longtime friend John McCain.
"John McCain is the most qualified candidate to be the next commander in chief of the United States," Giuliani said. "He's an American hero."
Rudys Exit makes a MAJOR group VERY happy
Iowa Ad Salesmen
Had Rudy done ANYTHING then the Power of the Hawkeyes would have been SEVERELY cut- and the estimated 45-50 million bucks spent in Iowa in total for the Primary would have dropped in 4 years
