Blake Griffin is a power forward who is physical , electrifying , and a force to be reckon with in the NBA . I would rather have a 6'10 guy like Blake Griffin dunking and rebounding the ball than a 7'0 guy like Kevin Durant shooting three's with no inside game . The article about Blake flopping is a league problem everybody in the game flops on occassion including the likes of Kobe , Lebron , Gasol , Wade , Artest , Durant , Duncan , and not just Blake . You have to be watching the Bobcats , or Hornets who get very little national TV time unless their playing the Lakers , Spurs , Heat , Thunder , Clippers or Celtics if you don't see flopping to try to get a call to go your teams way . I remember when a guy name Michael Jordan came into the league he was an electrifying dunker , with an unrefine game . But his game developed as the years went by and after the beatings he took from the Bad Boys from Detroit who helped speed up his developement . It takes time to develope your game just ask Shaq , or Kobe . Given time Blake Griffin will develope his all around game in the NBA and will remain one of the league stars and spokesman . He is not a jealous cry baby like the immature DeMarcus Cousins who needs to grow up in a man's league or go back to Kentucky . Everybody is not Madison Avenue material to endorse their products . Stop worrying about the Kia , and Subway commercials Blake is getting he jumped over the car he is endorsing and contrary to popular belief he does have personality . So say what you want about Blake Griffin but don't call him a flopper , a dirty player , a thug , or any of the negative adjectives coming from the mouth of ignorant fans or players like DeMarcus Cousins . With the acquisition of Chris Paul , Chauncey Billups , K-Mart , Reggie " The Enforcer " Evans , they are winners and with an aging Laker team the Clippers could win their division as they are headed to the playoffs for the first time in many years . They are one Dwight Howard and a seasoned head coach away being called champions .

" They are one Dwight Howard and a seasoned head coach away being called champions ."

-- That is quite the price to pay, so it is not easier said than done.

KD's not a 7-footer.

OK he's 6'9 what does it matter he has no inside game . Lebron is 6'8 , Carmelo is 6'8 , hell D-Wade is 6'4 and they'll post you up and shot the long ball on their man . Bill Russell was 6'9 and had to defend the GOAT Wilt Chamberlain and won 11 NBA championships and 2 NCAA championships . Quit trying to make exuses for that tall drink of water his on post up is at the 3 point line and top of the key . Take off your sun glasses when you're watching him play .

Dwight Howard will be out of Orlando period . Most fannation bloggers want to be like Mike well Howard wants to be like Shaq only difference if he goes to L.A it won't be to play for the Lakers . He's not a Kobe , Bynum or Gasol fan .

Please don't go for the easy win, IMO give yourself a real challenge.

I agree that some of the venom directed at Blake Griffin is over-the-top. This is his second full season, yet everyone has already defined what kind of player he's going to be, and criticizing what he supposedly can't do. It's early in his career. A lot of the attacks are motivated by jealousy - not everyone can get commercials. His exciting play is going to get lots of attention and highlights on SportsCenter. Last season veteran whined that he was showing them up by constantly dunking on them, as if he is supposed to defer to players on other teams, instead of going hard for his OWN team. Last year he took lots of cheapshots because of that, and he simply picked himself up and took his free throws. No whining. No complaining. This year, I see him doing more to protect himself, mostly by clearing out with his left arm or delivering blows before HE gets hit. Players either have to challenge him and live with the result, or duck and get out of the way. I believe he will develop that medium-range jumper, as I've seen little bits of it over his first couple of seasons. Bottom line - if they can't stop you from getting to the rim, you're going to keep trying to get the easiest shot possible. That's all he's doing.

Give this team of Griffin , Jordan , Paul , along with another key piece and this will be the team the fans , media , and the league will be talking about and not the Lakers . Blake has a huge upside and like you said once he developes that midrange jump shot the lane will open up like the Red Sea .
