01:52 PM ET 05.25 | End of a long season is coming to an end soon in the NHL. Everyone is all excited in October when their favorite team talk the ice. Everyone likes to pick who will win their divisions and play for the Cup. But the way things are going this year all you have to do is just make it. No one is going to remember that the Kings frinish 8th nor maybe the Devils might slide into the frinals. It has got to the point why pay an 82 game schedule the answer is simple not for the fat cat owners or players just for the fans who pay their hard earn money for those high price tickets. But in closing I think the real reason you play an 82 game schedule is for the forgotten folks who work in the buildings and parking lots. These folks need thse jobs to help make ends meet every week. So the next time you go to a game maybe you might remember all of those fols we all take for granted.
