The Mount Rushmore | Remember the Past, or be Doomed to lose

08:19 PM ET 05.26 | Ok, for those of you who don't know, Mount Rushmore is a big rock in South Dakota, that has been carved into 4 prsidential heads. I (and others) have used this as the 4 definative "whatever" of a topic. For example. If I was going to do the Mount Rushmore of Harrison Ford characters in movies. It would be Han Solo (Bookend) Jack Ryan Rick Deckard Indiana Jones (Bookend) You have several ways to argue this. 1. You liked another character over one of the 4 2. One of the roles should be a bookend. Most of the MR TD's are list first, as you don't really need to spend 1K on why Han Solo should be on the MR. That does only give 2 arguements each, but how long are you going to argue that Linus Larrabee should be up there? A new wrinkle I've come up with is revealing the left half of the Rushmore, and that forces the other party to come up with part of his/her own Rushmore. Seems to be able to get over the nit-pickery.
