Brian's Song is my favorite ...........But this was'nt bad............

Okay, what was that other boxing movie featuring Kirk Douglass or perhaps another with Anthony Quinn? Then again, Raging Bull is a def must too.

Champion, with Kirk Douglas, and Requiem for a Heavyweight with Tony Quinn and Jack Palance (TV), both superb. Try to catch Fat City with Stacy Keach and Jeff Bridges (very gritty) and The Last Round, with George Chuvalo, if you like boxing.

Yep, your're right. I saw both on Netflix awhile back. Just forgot about them until your post. I'll look those others up too.

Out of those 25, I agree with 12 of them. Some of their picks like Paul Newman in "The Hustler" are bogus. Pool isn't a sport, it's a recreational activity.

Ayrton Senna documentary, a must see. Showing on ESPN for the past few days.....

Pretty much on everyone's top 10 list for best sports movies.......

Even if you're not an Eagles fan you've got to give this one a thumbs up.
