When NBA players first start in the league they look at the money aspect. After they show the league that they can hang with the best they rake in more money. After this stage, they are either looking for a more lucrative contract or looking to be traded to earn even more.
Now comes Loyalty. After you earn the money now you want to win some championships. This goes hand in hand with loyalty. (Money = Loyalty = Championships). Look at Kobe Bryant. He's still with the Lakers because of all three of these aspects. The same thing happened with Magic and Michael Jordan. Can this happen with the Bulls and Rose or do they need more fire power and support from the bench?
Is there a different take on this? Is there another aspect that I missed?

By the way, I forgot to add something. When Ray Allen decided to sign with the Heat the money and loyalty issue went out the window. Now its all about the championships.
You can add Nash to the list too. The age issue is making these players scrape for one last chance to taste a championship. At least Ray Allen got a taste of one with the Celtics.
Did I miss anyone that should also be on this list?
