I also watched the Los Angeles Dodgers/Pittsburgh game last night. The Pirates nearly came back in the late innings, but fell short of one run as they lost by a score of 5-4.
Oakland has placed Brandon Inge on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained right shoulder and recalled Josh Donaldson from Triple A.
Seattle have placed Mike Carp on the 15-day D. L. with a strained left groin muscle and recalled Justin Smoak from Triple A.
Arizona has placed Takshi Saito on the 15-day D.L. with a strained left hamstring.
Finally, Baltimore have placed Troy Patton on the 15-day D.L. with a right ankle injury.
