My Blue Jays ended their seven game losing streak last night by defeating the New York Yankees 8-7 in extra innings. Down 6-4 at the top of the ninth inning, Colby Rasmus put the Jays ahead 7-6 with a three run homer. Derek Jeter hit a solo home run in the bottom of the inning to tie it 7-7. The Jays scored the winning run in the 11th inning.
The only other game I watched yesterday was Boston/Kansas City. The Red Sox won 5-1.
