12:16 PM ET  09.16 |    It happens every year after week one that ESPN and all the sports talk radio shows gets way ahead of themselves and start Crowning Greatness. Last year it was Cam Newton and the list goes on. John Madden went out on a limb this week and said RG3 is the best player in football, he might be, but I think it takes more than one game to determine that. Last week the Redskins played a good team in the Saints but they were not the Saints of old, the Saints deffense is real bad. The Saints had a lot of missing pieces and good pieces and they played poorly and still managed to lose by a touchdown. I think everybody should take a deep breath and don't get to excited about one ball game. Lets all wait until week 6 or week 8 when there will be more film of him and the Redskins out there to look at. He is a good Quarterback but I still say he is going to go through growing pains. The Redskins ran the ball 44 times so I want to see what he is going to do when teams shut down the run and he has to throw. His college days were full of playing real weak Deffense's but he will play good ones every Sunday in the NFL. I picked the Redskins to go 6-10 but since they beat a team they weren't supposed to I will have to say 7-9. I also do not think he will have the year Cam Newton had last year even though he has more to work with than Newton. One last thing, Cam Newton threw for 422 yd's and 2 TD's in his first rookie game, not bad especially playing for the Panthers which they were bad last year. Washington does think they got the best Quarterback in the draft, in which they are supposed to but, the best Quarterback in the draft wears a Colt uniform now, Luck will be playing football long after RG3 is gone.
