12:05 PM ET 10.03 | In a year of catastrophe for other Pro Sports..Boring old baseball has come to save us from the NFL, NASCAR, NHL and the NBA..The baseball races between the many contenders in all divisions lately have not just been fun to watch..They've been fun to follow...Thank You Baltimore, Washington, Oakland and Detroit. And even thank the Jeter led Yankees. I Thank Trout and Cabrera.. I Thank Strasburg and Posey.. And I'm Actually not embarrassed to be labeled a fan anymore..WOW..Bring on the playoffs..

Babeball definitely helped it's cause to widen its fanbase. The first month of the NFL season was wacky but it helps w/ different teams than expected being involved and the pro refs being back. Basketall did just fine $$$$-wise but maybe alienated some fans w/ the way they did it. If hockey gets back soon and the players ease up on the $%s, they'll look better.
