The television cameras were focused on the new Browns owner Jimmy Haslam III when Coach Pat Shurmur and offensive coordinator Brad Childress decided to punt from Colt territory on fourth and 1, there were only 4 minutes left in the game.
If looks were a punishable offence Mr. Haslam III would have gotten life in prison, he looked totally disgusted with that call.
The Browns repeatedly failed to make third and 1 plays, I'm sure that didn't sit well with Mr. Haslam III.
The short yardage calls were terrible, they looked like plays drawn up on a school yard, you know, like the one you run on the sand lot games with your pals.
I have to believe an NFL team should be able to make a yard in two or three plays, we can all agree on that, apparently not the Browns, or I should say, apparently the coach can't call a good third down play.
Just saying.
The offense was not the only problem, on defense the Browns were able (in the second half) to get the Colts into third down situations but could not stop Andrew Luck from getting firsts downs.
This is a game the Browns could have won, it was there for them to take, but the calls made by offensive guru Brad Childress and, I assume, approved by Shurmur cost them the game.
I wonder if Jimmy Haslam III televised look of disapproval Sunday afternoon is the tell-tale sign that Mr. Shurmur is in trouble.
As always this is a fans opinion and from what I understand everybody has one and I thank God for that.
Enough said.

Jimmy Haslam better get used to disappoint. Kind of makes me wonder if he even knows what team he just bought.
