Day 63 of the NHL lockout. One day after announcing labour talks would be taking a two week break, both sides have decided to keep the conversations going. To clarify, that's conversations, not negotiations folks.
Meanwhile, there was CHL hockey action last night. First, I watched the Kitchener Rangers take on the Erie Otters. Kitchener won 3-1.
I then watched the late game between the Regina Pats and the Vancouver Giants. The Giants won in a seven round shoot-out 4-3.
I got one piece of baseball news.
Kansas City has signed Brandon Wood, Brian Sanches, and Anthony Ortega to Minor League contracts.
