Bob Dylan once wrote "Times They Are A Changin'".  Never has there been a truer statement when describing the employees of Vision/Active Boston.  What started out as a man and a dream evolved to a two-man operation (out of an old dentist's office) with three Boston-based male interns in 2002.

Later that year, Vision hired two new employees (both male) setting the stage for many loud and violent sports discussions where four-letter words flew like balls hit against Rudy Saenez.

In 2003, Vision introduced its first female interns into the frey, a decision that may have been made a year premature if you ask some associated with the company at the time.  As the company grew and more business was generated, Vision made a bold move that both shocked and awed employees:  hiring a female attorney.  Though the hiring has since been regarded as a tremendous victory, many associated with Vision or formerly associated with Vision, and even those who just knew those of us who worked at Vision, thought that neither a woman, nor attorney would fit into company culture.  Yet, in that one bold move, a new and gentler Vision was formed.

Which brings us to today.  Not only have females and lawyers established themselves in this company as tremendous assets, but now we have even included red heads...RED HEADS!!!  As if that wasn't enough, we actually have multiple red heads.

But where does it stop?  Speaking for the non-red heads in the office, one was OK...but then we hired a second.  Two red heads, albeit a pain in the ass, is still tolerable, but that's it.  Even those of us with the thickest of skin can't handle three of these strawberry tops.

For that reason, I formed this group and proposed a Two Red Heads Max Per Office clause.  I have nothing against Red Heads, but like alcohol, moderation is key.
