Why not college football teams? After all, Lance was tested numerous times with only minor infractions detected - all this while winning the most prestigious event in his sport multiple times. So why not BCS champions? In fact, here's something for all you conspiracy theorists out there - what if it's already happened? I mean, 3 BCS titles in 4 years is a lot for one team... 7 in a row is a lot for one conference... could it be better football through science?
DISCLAIMER: At this point I am not aware of any evidence whatsoever of wrong-doing by any former BCS champions, other than what the NCAA has already discovered in the case of the USC Trojans and the investigation of the Auburn Tigers and Cam Newton.
But isn't that what makes these performance-enhancing drugs so appealling to athletes - the very fact that they are so hard to detect (given the right strategy for using them)?
WHAT DO YOU THINK? JUST A WACKO CONSPIRACY THEORY, OR WORTH INVESTIGATING?

Agree that difficult detection might be appealing to some......but people who cheat always get caught at some point.......so why not stay clean and do it right......that way you get to keep your sponsors, your money, your titles and your dignity.......although dignity is not as high a commodity any more.
They are thinking of removing cycling from the Olympics now..... Lance is a fine example to any athlete of what happens once caught......now after Oprah interview he just revealed more slimey characteristics......lawsuits pending and more to come.......hopefully athletes at all levels can look past the faint detection part and view this idiot's situation as a deterrant.....but I know some won't.

I wonder if Lance will take others down with him. Is he ready to point fingers?
