11:32 AM ET  01.26 |       Jerry has something to say, will he wait until the Super Bowl is over or will he grap the spotlight during Super Bowl week. If you would try to connect the dot's that have been put out there in the last couple of weeks and you will clearly see where this is headed. Bill Callahan was promised to be the play caller when he was hired, if he is not going to be calling plays this year, wouldn't you think he would have be done  by now. Jerry hires Monte Kiffen and in turn Monte brings in Rob Maranellie and that leaves one piece of the puzzle still out there and that is Callahan's best friend John Gruden. Gruden was the guy that talked Kiffen into staying with Tampa after Dungy was fired, now Kiffen is the guy who may be talking to Gruden about taking the job as head coach in Dallas. Jerry stated 10 games into the season that the everyone was safe on the coaching staff and he preached continuity, well so much for that. The Cowboys are not the only team thats going to need an upgrade on Defense with Washington running the read option and now Chip Kelly in Philly...WOW..Kellys team put up up like a 120 points on Kiffens Defense at USC in just two games. Last year the Defense let the team down after having leads of 12 or more points in 4 games and the last 8 drives by opponents Dallas only needed one stop in 8 drives and didn't get the first stop, one stop and they make the playoffs, this year it was the offense, they could not score until the fourth quarter. The best complete game they played all year was the season opener against the Giants, a balanced good ball game. I would have liked to have seen Ryan play with a full deck one season but thats not going to happen.
