I complained on 1/11/08 that people suddenly decided to discuss the SLU basketball program with me just because they tore my heart out and stomped on it by scoring a record-low 20 points.  Last night the Billikens fought valiantly, coming back from a 15 point 2nd half deficit, to lose to 14th ranked Xavier by 2 points with 0.1 seconds left, live on ESPN2.

So I figured, maybe these same morons who felt the need to discuss the 20 point game might redeem themselves by acknowledging the Bills' good showing on national TV.  NOT FREAKIN' LIKELY!  All I get today is "You're from St. Louis right?  Did you live anywhere near Kirkwood?  Because some guy shot up a city council meeting there!"  Thanks, jerka$s!  Apparently you decided for the first time in your life to switch from ESPN to CNN.  YOU PICKED THE WRONG DAY!
