The ACC footprint extends from New England and the "Tri-state" area in the North, south down the Atlantic coastline all the way to Miami, FL, and soon it will extend west along the Ohio River to Indiana and Kentucky, too.

 

So, how did ACC teams fare when it comes to keeping the home-grown talent at home?  Some regions fared better than others, but by and large there is a LOT of room for improvement.  If ACC teams could keep at least 50% of the best players in their own footprint, ACC football would be a force to be reconned with!
