Homer going public about acquiring someone. Flyers fans know better. The New York Rangers are seriously interested in this kid. If anything Homer is going to make O'Reilly even richer and drive yet another team nuts and force them to over pay once again. i.e. Predators.
According to the rumor mill Avalanche would want Couturier. That deal would make absolutely no sense. Couturier has the potential of being one of the best two way players the Flyers have ever had. If a deal is to be done here for the Flyers look for it to revolve around Loughton. With an over crowed roster this kid isn't going to crack the big leagues for sometime. My bet (and Homer just 2 days ago said no deals) look for Bobby Ryan to don the orange and black soon.
