All of the stars were aligning for Dwight Howard to step his game up in Orlando tonight. And, predictably, he did. Of course, his production was way off of the charts - compared to any single game that he's put together this year. But shouldn't we have a problem with this type of behavior from a player who is consistently recognized as an All-NBA 1st Team center?
This immediately makes me recall Bryants tirade earlier in the season - when he was specifically (regardless of what he said) calling out Howard. At the time, it looked like Kobe was urging an injured player to threaten his career. But after Howard's timely explosion against his old mates, it seems that Dwight has issues with developing a consistent focus.
