      We are about three-fourths of the way through the NBA season. It is now, that we start seeing the best players in the NBA. This is why I want to rank each position in the NBA. I will rank the top point guard, the top shooting guard, the top small forward, the top power forward, and the top center. I will give a brief explanation after each selection.

All-NBA First Team Selection:

PG: Chris Paul - Let's be honest, with Derrick Rose and Rajon Rondo injured for most of the season (Derrick Rose hasn't played a minute this season), this was an obvious choice. His stats: 16.6 PPG, 9.6 APG, 2.4 SPG, and 3.5 TRB.

SG: Kobe Bryant - Usually when a player gets older, his points drop. Not Kobe Bryant. His career averages are as follows: 25.5 PPG, 4.7 APG, and 5.3 TRB. Kobe's 2012-2013 averages are as follows: 27.1 PPG, 5.8 APG, and 5.4 TRB. Kobe still remains at the top of the shooting guard position.

SF: Lebron James - I don't feel like I need an explanation here. Lebron has been the best small forward for the past five years, and he will remain there. If you have been following basketball this year, you know this is an obvious choice.

His stats: 26.6 PPG, 7.1 APG, 8.1 TRB, and 1.7 SPG.

PF: Tim Duncan - With Kevin Love injured through almost all of the season, this race was between Lamarcus Aldridge, Blake Griffin, and Tim Duncan. All of these three players had similar stats, except for one category. This category is defense. Tim Duncan kills both of them in this category. He has the highest defensive rating in the NBA and the highest Defensive Win Share out of these three. His team in also number 1 in the west. Stats: 17.1 PPG, 9.8 TRB, 2.7 APG, and 2.7 BPG.

C: Dwight Howard has had a poor year in his standards. His injuries and drama off the court have helped this poor year. Still, he is the best center in the league. He is leading the league in TRB a game, his scoring is still good (16 PPG), and his defense is still great (100 Defensive Rating). Stats: 16.5 PPG, 12.4 TRB, 1.5 APG, and 2.4 BPG.
