The Lakers are in San Antonio for an afternoon game against the Spurs. Steve Nash is planning on playing. If he is healthy, will D'Antoni start him?. That move in my opinion will not be a good one. The reason being is that Blake has been the most consistent guard this season outside of the Mamba, and is ready to take that next step up to being one of the best guards in the NBA. Start Blake and have Nash come off the bench. That gives Nash (who is the professor of the science of basketball) a chance to check out the spurs and come in with a more efficient play making attitude. A big problem for Nash will be on defense where he is already a defensive liability. Nash will not be at 100%. If you think you can move from side to side with a bad hamstring your in an altered universe. San Antonio knows when you put Nash and Blake in at the same time it's going to be hard to guard Parker, Ginobili, Green, or Mcgrady. The Spurs will run right at Nash on the offensive side and trap him on the defensive side. Hamstrings don't lie! Stick to what got you to the playoffs! Use Nash in spots. When Nash gets healthy, GO FOR IT! After his 300 speech, Dwight Howard is ready to step into the famed position of "The D Warrior!" No More Superman! Remember! When Lowis Lane is in town, Superman is nowhere to be found. When Cryptonite is on the seen, Superman gets sick and turns green! "The D Warrior" As in the legend of the Greco/Roman Gadiators with SUPER HUMAN STRENGTH!. As in The movie 300! Defending The Motherland til the death! That's the D Warrior Dwight Howard. Making The pledge of "Dominate! Dominate! And Dominate!"
