I'm sick and tired of managers labeling relievers as "seventh inning" "eight inning" and "ninth inning" guys instead of using your best available reliever at the time. With runners on in the seventh it should have been Tanner Scheppers in to pitch instead of Jason Frasor and Frasor should have been brought in with a clean slate in the eighth. And with Michael Kirkman and Joe Nathan warming Wash decides to have Kirkman pitch the ninth? Are you kidding me? Kirkman is supposed to be the long man and he isn't even good at doing that. So you really think he'll be lights out in a high leverage situation? This is one of many reasons why Washington will NOT be back next season. Horrible in-game management.
