These are a few of the questions I found while surfing the web. I'd like to hear Clemens answers if Congress asked even one of the.
Why did you continue to employ McNamee for 6 years after he was questioned in a rape case and dissmissed by the Yankees, and now you're questioning his credibility.
Why did you deny Knowledge of McNamee allegations on 60 minutes, after your attorney said you were told of the allegations 4 days before mitchell report was released. You were also given more info after your investigators questioned McNamee.
Is McNamee lying or mistaken, or correct about you being at a 1998 party at Jose Canseco's home. Canseco says Clemens wasn't there ( Yeah, Canseco's a good character witness?) It's been 10 years and Canseco's wife can't even remember the party.
Did you play golf all day in the Miami heat? Plus why would you keep a golf stub for 9 1/2 years? Plus wouldn't that indicate you played on a public course? (not likely to do that)
My opinions; Who cares about a party, anyone's memory can be fuzzy over a 10 year period, that little tid bit will not play a big role in the hearings. Remember Canseco did get hit on the top on his head while playing right field, I think that's when he lost all his senses. Also why did Clemens spend three days talking to almost half (19) of the members of congress that sit on the committee that will grill him on Wed. cozying up to Congress isn't going to work. If nothing comes out of the hearing, at least it will be entertaining.
