1) Memphis(22-0) - Memphis is still going to be the top ranmked team for quite some time. They play poor teams in conference USA. Weak conference = weak schedule. They are just man handling oppenets. But, when the hot shooting Lofton and Vols come to town, watch that be a game. I see Memphis getting upset there because they have not played a tough opponet in quite some time.

2) Duke(21-1) - Duke with a great win against UNC, and boy do they look good when hitting on all strokes. They in my opinion are the team to beat. They are 10-0 in tough ACC league and only looking to get better.

3) UCLA(20-2) - UCLA is a tough team. They get points fomr every player on the floor and have a great depth at the guards. Kevin Love, UCLA's true feshman center is just padding his stat sheet every game with Collison playing great team ball.

4) Tennesee(20-2) - Tennesee over KANSAS and UNC. Yes, they are a better team. They play every night with great intensity and all of their players can score the ball. Chris Lofton is hot and I dont see any ice in Tennesee right now to cool him off. I can see Tennesee dropping many points against a weak LSU team in SEC play.

5) Kansas(22-2) - Played good against Texas, but not great. They can be a great team, but they werent in their 2nd loss of the season against a hot Texas team. Brandon Rush is the team leader and needs to step it up for them to not lose in March to any weaker teams.

6) UNC(21-2) - Tough loss to Duke brought them down and what is going to bring them down some more is an almost upset against Clemson where Clemson lost in double OT and only won by one point against a very small Virgina team. Hansbourough is going to be player of the year though, that should bring all UNC fans up in hopes come tournament time.

7) Georgetown(19-2) - Roy Hibbert is a monster. Ever watch him? You need to. He is what basketball as a center is all about, unfortunately he is among a dieing breed in true bid men with power. Louisville manhandled them but dont count them out just yet, see tourny time, they bringing down the house will all weapons.

8) Texas(19-4) - Although Augustin had a terrible game against the relentless D of Kansas not scoring any fieldgoals in the first half, it truely shows the depth and non one dimensinal play by Texas. They are closer and closer to a Big 12 title.

9) Michigan State(20-4) - Neitzal is having a very on-off year and so is the Spartans for that matter. When Nietzal hits, they win. They struggle when he is playing poorly and right now I wouldnt start him. He needs to pull himself together for a shot at the title. Those hopes are getting slimmer and slimmer every game when you watch them. Nietzal needs to hit to get the big 10 title.

10) Pittsburgh(??-?) - Yes, I know pittsburgh. Watch them play, and until you have dont tell me otherwise. They are playing great basketball and taking down Wisconsin and MSU, wow. They are hot and seeing them this hot, no one stands in their way. CHAMPIONSHIP.
