I came on here bashing Ray Allen saying he didn't deserve to make the all star team Carter should have made it not Allen. Well after watching that all star game he shut me up. Allen kept the East in the game with all of his 3pt shots. Allen made 5 3s and in my mind deserved the All-Star trophy much more than King James.
If Allen were not in that game the east would clearly have lost.
He deserved that trophy 1 because he won them the game 2 he had incredible stats 3 nobody expected it from Allen. He scored 23 points in that game and yet he does not win the MVP. Granted LeBron scored 27 but thats only a 4pt differnce and considering the fact that if Allen had missed any of those three pointers we might be talking about the West taking home another crown and not the East. Not only did Allen deserve to be on that team he deserved to win MVP.
