With spring track around the corner for most people there will be those long winter and early spring runs and soon those short and fast runs in the warm weather. Everyone wants to PR in their races since it is the greatest felling you can get as a runner. I remember people talking about wanting to post PR's but we can also say how we progressed and how much time we have taken off out PR's. You can also list what time you would like to hit in parenthesis. I will put mine below.
800-2:04 (break 2:00 but I probably won't run this race often because of injuries)
1600-4:39 (break 4:30)
3200-10:11 (break 9:50)
5K-16:23 (break 16 I would only have 1 chance but I dont run really this on the track but I know some people do)

I'm not allowed to run track this year. And I can't do cross country, because it's in the fall (when I'll be playing football). So, I have to wait until Spring of 2009 to run track. =/
Anyway, I want to hit 23 minutes or less in a 5K. (I haven't been running very long, so my times will probably be a little high compared to everyone else's, but whatever.)
