With spring track around the corner for most people there will be those long winter and early spring runs and soon those short and fast runs in the warm weather. Everyone wants to PR in their races since it is the greatest felling you can get as a runner. I remember people talking about wanting to post PR's but we can also say how we progressed and how much time we have taken off out PR's. You can also list what time you would like to hit in parenthesis. I will put mine below.
800-2:04 (break 2:00 but I probably won't run this race often because of injuries)
1600-4:39 (break 4:30)
3200-10:11 (break 9:50)
5K-16:23 (break 16 I would only have 1 chance but I dont run really this on the track but I know some people do)
