If you actually believe that Roger Clemens is telling the truth than you are living in Yankee heaven and need to have your brain examined. Brian McNamee has no reason to lie about anything. He did enough damage by providing the steroids and HGH. Like Jason Whitlock said, Roger Clemens has become obsessed with himself. His greatest fear is the day when baseball fans no longer see him as a god. Unfortunately, that day has already come because there is not a single soul that can't see straight through his blatant lies.

Just for clarification, Andy Pettite and Chuck Knoblauch received HGH from McNamee and Debbie Clemens received injections from him as well--and Roger knows nothing about? He seems to have misremembered something because last time I checked, Roger was a Yankee too. He needs to cut the bull because now he's lying under oath. He has already screwed himself over because he inevitably faces perjury charges. I am not beating on Roger for taking steroids. I understand that he is human and his competitive spirit got the best of him. We all make mistakes and Roger happens to be a national figure. The reason I am beating on him is because of his continued mistakes. What started with a simple denial has transformed a man into a compulsive liar. It's too bad, really. I feel bad for him because his actions are no longer under his own control.

I respect Andy Pettite for his honesty. He is obviously a religious man because the rationale of his confession was that in the last day, God would know he lied. Pettite came straight up with his confession. He admitted his fault and gave full reasoning for his HGH use. He didn't want and edge he just wanted what was best for his team by trying to heal faster. I guarantee that very few people have lost much respect for Andy Pettite. He chose the opposite route as Clemens and fans still love him. Smart man. He made a mistake, and now he is reconciling it.

So long Hall of Fame Roger.
