As Sunday's festivities wrapped up in Indianapolis, all of the offensive players have finished up their workouts. A lot of players made a lot of money over these past couple of days, and unfortunately, some guys may have fallen in the eyes of many scouts. Without further ado, here is a positional breakdown of the combine results.

QUARTERBACKS

Star Power
My personal favorite, San Diego QB Josh Johnson, further announced his presence with an outstanding combine performance. Johnson ran one of the faster 40's of the day with a 4.44 and had an impressive vertical of 33.5 - those are wide receiver/running back numbers. He also did not disappoint in his positional drills, where he showed off one of the more powerful and accurate arms on the field.

Why Did He Run?
Everyone's favorite quarterback, Matt Ryan, decided to do all of the running drills, but opted not to throw for scouts. This philosophy seemed opposite of conventional thinking. Therefore, Ryan left scouts with a forty time which was in the 4.9 range (4.96 on his first run!). That certainly did not help ease concerns regarding his lack of mobility.

Shake Up at the Top
Preseason favorite for the #1 pick, Brian Brohm, showed up in Indy and did almost everything he was asked to do. He posted a pretty solid 4.75 in the forty and looked good in throwing drills. Maybe the top spot at the quarterback position is still up for grabs.

RUNNING BACKS

Combine or Track Meet?
This was one of the most impressive showing that I have ever seen. We all knew that this RB class was special, but who would have thought that each of the Top 10 RB's would post times UNDER 4.45? Even guys whose speed was questioned coming into the combine, Ray Rice and Kevin Smith, put up blistering times, cementing their claims as early round selections.

Give Him the Crown
After listening to two days worth of Mike Mayock's reasoning for why Darren McFadden was NOT the best back in this class, McFadden went out and put on a show that would make Calvin Johnson and Adrian Peterson envious. McFadden strolled to the starting line and effortlessly posted... (Read the full article here: The NFL Combine: Weekend Review)

Matt Ryan didn't want to participate in throwing because his above average arm strength, accuracy, and touch would have looked average or worse. He's garbage, and he knows he's not that good. That's why he skipped the Senior Bowl and the throwing workouts at the combine, and waiting for his Pro Day so he can look deceptively good by throwing to the people he's been throwing to his whole career over at BC.

Don't draft Ryan, Miami! He's going to be worse than Joey Harrington.
