PFT is reporting that the Panthers and former Panther and Chicago Bear Muhsin Muhammad have agreed on a deal that would pay the veteran wide receiver somewhere around$1.5 million for at least the 2008-09 season. There is nothing official, but usually where there is smoke, there is fire.
