Brett Favre, what can I say, he has been the face of the Greenbay Packers for 17 years.  He was the one person that year in and out we could depend on him starting as the Packs quarterback.  Now this elustrious career has come to an end.  First I want to "thanks" to Brett for all that he has done for his team and his fans.  He brought so much excitment to this game for as long as I can remember.  I wasn't always a football fan.  It wasn't until one Sunday, years ago (about 1994), I watched my first entire football game.  I saw a young quarterback throwing, running, evading, sliding ect.  He played the entire game with such intensity and from that day I knew that I was going to be a fan of not only the quarterback but of the team as well.  Just a few years later Favre led the team to a championship and I can't describe the feelings that I had at that moment.  Favre will be missed in the league, his talent and leadership will be hard to replace.  Greenbay will now depend on Aaron Rodgers to lead them, and I think that he will do fine.  He won't be another Favre though.  There will never be another Favre.  Once again "thanks" and good luck in the future.
