When you are the so called "(offensive genius)" of the (N.F.L.) you don't worry about getting fired.  What you worry about year after year is finding a different "scapegoat" to blame for your inadequacies.  The 'Genius' has hired and fired more defensive coordinators since he started his (Denver Broncos) tenure than most coaches do in an entire N.F.L. career.  Maybe the so called genius finally let the genie out the bottle when offensive coordinator (Gary Kubiak) left town for a head coaching job in Houston.  This past off season he tried to load up on offensive weapons such as running back (Travis Henry) and  tight end (Daniel Graham), but there is still one glaring weakness in the Broncos offensive scheme " the HEAD COACH" .  There's nobody more predictable on third down than (Mike Shanahan) 99.9% chance he'll run a short inside play.  N.F.L.  teams are notorious for game film preparation of their opponents tendencies.  The majority of teams 99.9% and their head coaches 99.9% of them have figured out the "genius's" tendencies/weakness or otherwise plain old predictable plays from the last century.  Maybe it's time for the "offensive Genius" to take some responsibility for his play calling and his tired message and hire a new offensive genius one that is in tune to today's defenses and today's players.
