Ahhhhh, the young glory days of our group have ended and we are now considered a middle-aged group.  We have had quite a history so let's review it....

It all started out in late December.  I had just had foot surgery so I was home from school for a few days.  I was bored of TDing so much so I decided to try and make a new group.  At first I was skeptical about making this group.  My first 2 groups (Throwdown Champs and Mets in '08) had both been complete failures so I didn't want to make another failure and let me down.  I was still a pretty new user on FN having only been on the site for about 2 months.  I had still done about 40 TDs and published 30 blogs so I thought I was up to the challenge.  I first named our group the Poll Rockers but one of our first members (Hawkeye1) suggested the Poll Dancers.  We started out as a group that relied on polls where I would blog on the polls with info on them.  However, me blogging on the polls quickly fell away so I stopped doing that.  Then we started drifting towards more member-friendly things like tourneys, chats, polls, and other things like that.  Our first tourney was a complete success with me winning in a match over Mo St Bears.  We then started becoming a greatly active blogging group with about 3 new blogs a day.  Our 2nd TD tourney was also a success with Rstowe winning it in a great TD.  Soon after this we started our NBA Pick'em league which is currently in its fifth week.  Our 3rd TD tourney was won by Denis24.  This brings us up to modern times where we are starting our 4th tourney and still being an active group.  Here are some statistics:
