As you can read, God bless, from my initial pre-season post; my predictions are already accurate. I did want to offer a final update; unlike the media, who weekly change their minds and don't predict very accurately and certainly don't prophesy any real picks, but again, only recap the current standings as soon as the week is done.
East: As predicted, the weakest division in the NFL. Only the Cowboys enter the playoffs and they will lose convincingly in the first round.
North: As predicted, the Pack is weaker than expected and the Lions and Bears top the division. I am prayerful and believe the Bears will improve some NFL-ESP strategies and can surely make the NFC Conference Championship and win as a Wildcard or Division winner.
South: I am surprised by the Saints resurgence.
West: As predicted, Seattle is the best team in the NFL and SF is faltering and as predicted, may miss the playoffs.
East: As predicted, the Pats rule a weak division and will be the only team to make the playoffs from this division.
North: As predicted; Cleveland has improved, but I still think Cincy will win that division and I wrongly plugged-in the weak Steelers as a Wildcard because I knew "the world" liked Kansas City.
South: It is the Colts. I am not surprised by Tennessee, but again, they will just miss.
West: Denver is clearly the best team in the AFC, but will lose the Super Bowl as the NFC, too spite the Inter-Conference record is supreme. I am not surprised by KC's record and that the media got one right, but they are not as good as they appear and likely do default because of a weak schedule into the Wildcard. But they will lose in the first round.
NFL Championship: Seattle over Denver
NOTE: I should have included the POWER RANKINGS I had calculated before the season began, but here is a final update.
4. New England
5. New Orleans
7. San Francisco
9. NY. Jets
